Located just on the outskirts of the fishing village of Carvoeiro it is a comfortable par-3 nine hole course. This is an ideal course for any beginner as it is only 926 metres in length and at the same time a good place to practice the short game with its water hazards, bunkers and variable greens. When reaching the end of the second hole a player has been shown what to expect from the remaining 7 holes.

Vale de Milho Driving Directions
Via Infante (A22) - Take Lagoa Exit-6 and head south round two roundabouts in the direction of Lagoa West and then move into the left hand lane to feed into the Road EN 125 driving back east into the town of Lagoa. On the EN 125 within 800 metres you will find a roundabout with traffic lights. Proceed ahead to the next roundabout also with traffic lights but prior to this move to the inside lane as you turn to the right towards Carvoeiro. About 500 metres ahead take the left hand fork where the road divides. After about 2 kms and passing a large Supermarket on the right, take a sharp left turn to Poηo Partido. After this turn and immediately in front there is a fork with the main road bending to the left. Take the right hand side of this fork and bend with the road up drive a hill. After reaching the top their is a sign on the left hand side indicating the turning for the course.
